Refund & Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items only. To request a return, contact thekartble@gmail.com within 7 days with order ID and photos. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping: For defective/wrong items we will arrange/cover return shipping. For buyer‑chosen returns, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from refund.

Refund timeline: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. COD refunds: Please allow 7–14 business days after courier confirms return; any return/shipping charges will be deducted.

Note: Orders refused at delivery or not received due to incorrect address may incur RTO charges deducted from refund.
